Ashley Judd grows her involvement in Tennessee politics
For the second time this month, Ashley Judd is using her clout to support a Democratic candidate in Tennessee. At 5 p.m. today, she's joining Sen. Mary Landrieu,D-La., at the Hermitage Hotel for an event with U.S. Rep. Harold Ford Jr., who is running for U.S. Senate.

"We are doing a 'View'-style forum but with more substance," Ashley says. "We'll be allowing women to voice their concerns and dreams, and our members of Congress who are participating will answer their questions. I guess I'll occasionally moderate and throw in my two cents' worth. It is hopefully a call to action that will encourage the women of Tennessee to shape and direct their own futures." Lionsgate Films pushed back the release for William Friedkin's upcoming "Bug". The movie should have come to cinemas this December but now the release is at "Coming Soon" status. As soon as we know the new date we will definitely inform you. Directed by Academy Award winner William Friedkin ("The French Connectiuon", "The Exorcist") and adapted by Tracy Letts from his hit off-Broadway play, "Bug" stars Golden Globe nominee Ashley Judd, Harry Connick Jr., Lynn Collins, Brian F. O'Byrne and Michael Shannon. Probing the blurry lines between paranoia and nightmarish reality, Liongate Films' "Bug" is an intense, mind-bending psychological thriller in which nothing is quite as it seems.

The Bedford County sheriff's investigation into cattle rustling has led to a third arrest and recovery of a prized heifer from land owned by actress Ashley Judd in Williamson County.

The new diamond is cut to represent the visual signature of the company. Three years in the making, the cut features the design of a star—the symbol of the brand—created by the facets at the top and at the base of each stone.

When I see a movie title like Bug I imagine a horror film that is bit to the comic side and a lot of fun, like Slither, or a straight to television movie that is just flat out bad like Frankenfish. What I do not envision is something directed by Exorcist director William Friedkin and starring Ashley Judd and Harry Connick Jr., but that is what we have here...
