'Cold' List: Actress, auto-racing wife, cosmetics spokeswoman, activist and rabid UK fan Ashley Judd has a new title: one of the coldest people in Hollywood.
Film Threat has named Judd as No. 15 on its Frigid 50 list, the magazine's answer to the "power" and "hot" lists put out by pubs like Entertainment Weekly and Premiere.
Filmmaker Michael Moore tops the list. He's followed by Halle Berry, Disney exec Michael Eisner, M. Night Shyamalan and the big surprise twist redux, and Ben Stiller/Owen Wilson. See the whole list at www.filmthreat.com.
In its explanation, the Film Threat staff says Judd "has done not a damn thing worth mentioning since she was in Ruby in Paradise," her debut film in 1993. The writer asks: "Is it possible for her to play one more 'female police officer' or 'high-powered attorney' aside either Samuel L. Jackson or Morgan Freeman?"
Wrapping up, the magazine suggests Judd follow in her family's footsteps and become a country music singer.
On a more serious note...
Positively riveting : A new CNN special titled “Are You Positive?” smartly reminds us that the spread of HIV doesn’t just affect one particular population. There are many visages of the syndrome, and many challenges remain.
“Are You Positive?” premieres at 10 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 28, with Dr. Sanjay Gupta, CNN’s senior medical correspondent, highlighting the scientific, as well as human angles to this story, rather than focusing on its most sensationalistic aspects. CNN is slated to air the show again during World AIDS Day, Wednesday, Dec. 1, at 3 and 11 p.m.
The CNN special is anchored by personal stories about people living with the virus and those working to save their lives. Among the celebrities who appear on the program are retired sports figure and entrepreneur Magic Johnson, as well as actors Richard Gere and Ashley Judd.

On yesterday's Ellen DeGeneres Show Ashley gave Ellen a taste of her Southern roots by teaching her how to square-dance.
They discussed the actress' passion for the traditional dancing, which she practiced while growing up in Kentucky and Tennessee. Wearing cowboy hats, the pair danced with members of the studio audience.
"It's always good if get in the spirit of it with a little wardrobe."

Yet another movie on the horizon? Ashley will reportedly be teaming up with Sandra Bullock, Sigourney Weaver, Alan Cumming, Mark Ruffalo and Gwyneth Paltrow in "Every Word Is True," one of two movies in development about author Truman Capote and his bond with murderer Perry Smith. Filming is set to begin in January. Ashley and Sandra in yet another movie together?!? I wonder if they will be sharing scenes this time around?
TV UPDATE: Wynonna and her mother…have they spoken since the show? It's the dramatic update on Monday's (11/08) Oprah. Oh that Oprah, what a teaser!
